So I was expecting to experience tremors here. Was a shock when I find out that the UK has experienced a fairly major quake. Luckily only 1 person was injured. Instead of sending a final reminder with notification that you could be prosecuted and fined after only 2 weeks (hardly enough time for many people who have been travelling to deal with it in a timely manner) they should do it after 4. I have seen no sign of respect in the letters from the council. The state need’s to allow more time and tact when sending out these letters.
